Running a building without a professional agent means holding the general meeting by the book, splitting every charge to the exact share each unit owes, and being able to prove the vote went the way the law requires.

SyndicGo is the co-pilot for that work. It carries the statutory calendar, the voting rules and the apportionment, so a volunteer does not have to know the 1965 Act by heart.

What SyndicGo does

The parts that matter in the field

The general meeting, end to end

Notice, agenda, the statutory twenty-one days, the sitting itself and the minutes.

A voting engine that follows the Act

Articles 24, 25, 25-1 — the fallback — and 26 of the Act of 10 July 1965. Each resolution is counted under the majority that actually governs it.

Charges split to the cent

Multi-key apportionment by ownership share, calls for funds, and a running balance per owner.

Remote voting

An owner who cannot attend votes from their phone, and that vote counts in the same quorum.

Maintenance log

Incident tickets with a photograph, forwardable straight to a contractor.
